I’ve been organizing a weekly Riichi Mahjong meetup at my house for 5+ years now, and nothing brings me more joy than introducing people to this incredible game. There's a common stigma that Riichi is strictly cutthroat and competitive, but I love proving that wrong!

It is a deeply complex and strategic game, but when you break it down into small, digestible pieces, anyone can learn it. My goal has always been to foster a supportive, social environment where we can all connect, help each other learn, and have a great time playing together and building community!
